Yes. Roselle and Roselle Park are separate boroughs, but we work in both. Our office in Cranford is a few minutes from either one.
Yes, and it usually costs less than doing them separately because the crew, dumpster and materials are already there. You also get matching shingles on both buildings.
In most cases the roof comes first, then gutters, then siding. The roof and gutters control where the water goes, and doing siding before those are right can trap water behind the new siding. We look at everything and give you a straight recommendation.
