Jimmy was our rep and I couldn’t speak more highly of Jimmy and the Herts team. I had a leak in my house which stemmed from the snow building up on the roof and leaking into the insulation in my house. With the service I also have a 2 month guarantee and if there is another snow storm they will come remove any build up. Highly recommend Herts as the customer service was a 10/10 as well as the job.

I had a minor leak during a rainstorm today and herts, specifically Joshua was an absolute pleasure to work with. They came out same day to assist and explained the whole process and what to expect. Herts has earned my business going forward and my referrals to all who ask.
